Improving the Definition of Permitted Land Use Types: Continued Discussion
Annotation
The article examines the results of reforming the establishment of the legal regime of land plots using such legal means as dividing land into categories according to their intended purpose and determining the permitted use of land plots, including as a result of their formation, as well as problems associated with the implementation of these legal means.
