Federal Law on Environment Protection and the Use of Natural Resources
Annotation
The Federal Law “On Protection of the Environment” is being studied as the head act of ecological legislation. The regulation of the use of natural resources in the head act is demonstrated. The relationship between the concepts of “protection of natural resources” and “use” is investigated. The features of the subject of ecological law are shown.
