Legal Aspects of Digital Rights Circulation: Challenges and Prospects in the Digital Age

Digital rights and digital circulation are becoming an integral part of the modern digital economy and require appropriate legal regulation and guidelines for exercise their rights by users of information systems. The need to develop approaches to regulating public relations in the digital space using digital technologies, increasing cyber and information security risks, problems of identification and authentication of transactions with digital property, and the protection of intellectual property rights to virtual objects determine the relevance of this scientific article. The author analyzes existing challenges in this area and controversial issues of legal regulation of digital rights circulation. A conclusion is drawn on the need to develop a comprehensive approach to the legal regulation of digital rights circulation by the state, international organizations, the private sector, and professional communities to create a new legal reality that will facilitate the further development of the digital economy.
