The Concepts of "Holding" and "Common Economic Interest" in the Mechanism of Legal Regulation of Holding Activities
Annotation
The article examines the concepts of "holding" and "group interest" as elements of the legal regulation mechanism for the activities of holding participants. The authors come to the conclusion that the phenomena themselves have a socio-economic nature, whereas their concepts, designed for certain purposes, act as a legal tool in the mechanism of legal regulation.
