Criminal (and other) liability for customs offenses in the context of the correlation between EAEU legal acts and Russian laws
Annotation
The article analyzes the prospects for constitutional review of Russian laws establishing criminal (and other) liability in the context of EAEU legal acts in the customs sphere. Attention is drawn to the fact that the assessment of national customs legislation is impossible without referring to the EAEU Customs Code and the decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
