The article examines issues of protecting and ensuring security through legal regulation. Drawing on examples from the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the author analyzes specific aspects of safeguarding national security in various spheres of public relations. The article elucidates methods of constitutional-judicial analysis of legal norms in the field of security and highlights the role of constitutional justice in identifying the constitutional conditions for the operation and application of such norms.
