This review provides a critical assessment of this monograph, dedicated to the history and current state of scientific certification in Russia. It examines the structure of the work in detail, followed by commentary on individual sections. Attention is paid to the authors' approaches to the quality of dissertation research, the problems of revoking academic degrees, and the development of independent awarding of academic degrees by the country's leading scientific and educational organizations. The review gives a critical assessment of the educational material on investment law for students of higher educational institutions, notes both its advantages and disadvantages.
