Issues of Citizenship Revocation in the Russian Federation: New Legal Regulation Measures
Annotation
This article considers the problems of deprivation of citizenship in the Russian Federation, establishes the importance of the institution of citizenship in the migration process, analyzes the structure of the legal status of the individual to determine the peculiarities of the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons, reveals the lack of effectiveness of existing mechanisms of migration control, and also indicates the inconsistency of the system of military registration with modern realities.
