he Impact of Migration Flows on the System of Assuring Food Security of Russia: The Economic and Legal Aspect
Annotation
The article reviews the matters associated with the impact of migration flows on the system of assuring food security of Russia. External and internal population migration factors are examined. The author notes that uncontrolled international migration make a significant impact on the sociopolitical and economic systems in the countries accepting refugees. It is shown that migration processes exert strong pressure on the food self-sufficiency system on the global scale. It is stated that the issue of migration processes has become especially relevant in Africa. Issues of criminalization of organized relocation of social groups are reviewed. The author demonstrates that the magnitude of migration flows has a clear impact on the food sector due to certain objective causes underlying the vicious cycle, which can be addressed even under conditions of global socioeconomic instability through the timely adoption of legal instruments regulating both external and internal migration flows.
