The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of mass judicial debt collection for HCS. The problems of legal regulation and law enforcement are identified, and ways to solve them are proposed. The article examines legal uncertainties in the interpretation of housing and procedural legislation, which cause difficulties in regulating relations between the debt collector and the owners of the premises. The article highlights the critical need to develop and implement effective mechanisms to simplify the process of collecting debts for HCS.
