Annotation

The work is devoted to the specifics of legal measures providing state support for lending and leasing in maritime activities in the current context of sanctions pressure from unfriendly states. It is established that the legal regulation of these relations is exercised through both public and private law. One of the priority areas for the long-term development of maritime activities in Russia is ensuring favorable conditions for investment and innovation in shipbuilding, including the modernization, reconstruction, and technical re-equipment of existing shipbuilding facilities and the construction of new vessels. As a result of the study, the authors conclude that legislation on shipbuilding, Arctic development, industrial policy in maritime activities, and many other regulations governing various areas of this activity require modernization, taking into account current political and economic conditions, as well as the state of the art in technology. At the same time, the legal regulation of lending and leasing in maritime activities appears insufficient, receiving insufficient attention in both regulatory legal acts and strategic planning documents.
