Annotation

In the article the ratio between theoretical aspects of water sharing and separate water use and the current judicial practice including on claims for the remove obstacles in using water bodies is identified. In the article is concluded that the need to clarify the rules of water legislation about the notion «water sharing», conditions for separate water use, about creation of a unified information system of the boundaries of the water area and types of water use.
