Legal Regulation of the Operation of Delivery Robots
Annotation
The article provides a legal assessment of the robot courier as a means of transportation, and accordingly examines the rules of movement and behavior in the event of a traffic accident. In addition, the features of legal regulation of the use of a robot courier as a means of delivery are revealed. The draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the experimental legal regime in the field of digital and technological innovations for the commercial operation of rovers is analyzed.
