Unauthorized Construction of a Residential Building: Signs, Conditions, Legal Consequences
Annotation
The article deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation of unauthorized construction of residential buildings. This is due to the fact that in various spheres of public life — economic, political and social — there are constant changes. As a result, the legal consequences of unauthorized construction of a residential building may include both demolition and recognition of ownership rights to it.
