The Institution of Rotation in the System of State Power: Foreign Experience

Annotation

The article examines the foreign experience of staff rotation of civil servants, various forms of rotation, the grounds and mechanism for moving civil servants between positions and structural divisions of departments. The author has analyzed the regulatory legal acts of foreign countries, namely Kazakhstan, Indonesia, China, and Japan, regulating public relations in the field of public service.
