The Structure of the Judiciary in Ethiopia
Annotation
The article offers a review of the structure of the judiciary in Ethiopia. The author analyzes the laws of Ethiopia on the research topic. Special attention is paid to models and principles of development of the judicial system with a focus on features of ethno-cultural autonomy as compared to other African states.
