Inflation in the Focus of Law
Annotation
This article examines the system of legal instruments for implementing the economic cooling concept, which has been implemented over the past year and a half (2024–2025) to suppress rising inflation. The author attempts to explain the weak effectiveness of this concept due to the use of insufficiently sophisticated legal instruments and tools, as well as the emergence of unpredictable negative effects. Based on a summary of the practice of applying anti-inflation measures, proposals are made to clarify the relevant legislation and its application.
