Annotation

In their previous works, the authors of the article, while examining the institution of compensation for the violation of the right to a trial within a reasonable time or the right to enforcement of a judicial decision within a reasonable time, addressed a problematic issue that has arisen in judicial practice – namely, the determination of the amount of compensation due to the absence of any provisions in the special law regulating the calculation procedure. Therefore, the primary objective of the study was to develop and propose calculation methodologies to ensure uniform approaches in legal practice.
