In the context of the important tasks of the development of the domestic legal system, as well as taking into account the world experience in the systematization of administrative legislation, the article substantiates possible promising areas of systematization of administrative legislation. The expediency of its development is substantiated on the basis of a synthesis of the current comprehensive regulation of certain large areas of administrative and legal relations, the development of this regulation, in particular, control and supervisory legislation, as well as the consistent development of regulation of other administrative and legal areas, such as the licensing system, extrajudicial administrative disputes, general issues of the organization and legal regime of public administration, as well as issues of administrative justice in cases of administrative offenses.
