Annotation

This paper examines the administrative and legal aspects of ensuring anti-terrorist security of educational institutions in the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the specifics of concluding contracts and agreements when purchasing security services by educational institutions. In the context of the topic under consideration, attention is focused on issues of administrative responsibility imposed on officials - heads of educational institutions in the Russian Federation. A number of recommendations aimed at improving the functioning of educational institutions are presented. Specific measures necessary for establishing an effective counterterrorism protection system in educational institutions are also outlined.
