Annotation
The issues of termination of participation are actively discussed in the doctrine, however, there is a lack of comprehensive legal research in the field of ways to terminate membership. The author systematizes the grounds for termination of participation (membership) in the presented article, and also establishes the legal nature and essential characteristics of termination of participation (membership) in the corporation.
