Certain Issues of Forensic Support in the Detection, Prevention, and Investigation of Crimes in the Milk and Dairy Products Market
Annotation
The article discusses the specifics of using special knowledge in the process of identifying, preventing, suppressing and disclosing facts of production and sale of milk and dairy products that do not meet established requirements, problems arising in this case, as well as an option for resolving them. The purpose of the study is to identify problematic issues and formulate recommendations and proposals for their solution based on the study of ongoing expert research in forensic investigative practice on facts of violations in the sphere of circulation of milk and dairy products, including those related to criminal offenses. The study was carried out using dialectical and empirical methods, as well as general scientific (logical, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy) and system-structural methods.
