Current State and Prospects for Improving Migration Legislation in the Context of Global Challenges
Annotation
The article analyzes the changes in the Russian Federation's migration legislation in 2025 and the directions of its development, and examines key legislative initiatives aimed at tightening migration control over the stay of foreign citizens. The article also analyzes statistical data that characterize the migration situation. It provides an analysis of the main activities of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation aimed at preventing and combating illegal migration.
