The Evolution of the Lawyer's Role in the System of Prevention and Resolution of Corporate Conflicts: An Interdisciplinary and Proactive Approach

Annotation

The article explores the transformation of the lawyer’s role in corporate relations — from a traditional litigation advocate, primarily responding to emerging disputes, to a proactive strategist and “architect of corporate immunity”. Drawing upon foreign legal doctrines, conflict management theories, and regulatory frameworks, the study substantiates the necessity of integrating interdisciplinary knowledge and conflict management competencies into contemporary legal practice. Particular attention is paid to the lawyer’s functional toolkit at various stages of corporate conflict development, emphasizing the economic and strategic value of preventive legal mechanisms.
