Comparative Analysis of AI Principles in Strategic Policy Documents for Achieving a Data Economy
Annotation
This paper provides a comparative legal analysis of approaches to regulating the development and use of artificial intelligence using the example of such jurisdictions as Australia, Germany, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, the European Union (EU), Singapore and the Russian Federation. The author focuses on «soft» regulation, especially the reflection of ethical principles of AI in strategic policy documents in the field of achieving data economy, and also identifies the main criteria for distinguishing data policy approaches using artificial intelligence.
