Homo Juridicus: Conceptual Foundations within the Framework of Modern Legal Anthropology and Prospects for Development
Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of a significant and ambiguously interpreted phenomenon, which, in the context of transformation and state-legal development, acquires a new vision and legally significant characteristics. The analyzed concept of homo juridicus is influenced by a fairly wide range of factors, among which the level of development of legal anthropology, the peculiarities of the development of the state and society, the specifics of the rationality of law, the degree of improvement of legal means and the development of technical and legal tools should be particularly noted. Currently, one of the most important characteristics of the concept of homo juridicus and the promising directions of its development is the strengthening of the degree of legitimization of its existence in various aspects of manifestation.
