The article examines some legal and organizational aspects of the transformation of the modern educational system, caused by technological progress and changes in socio-cultural paradigms. Special attention is paid to the role of the individual student as the central subject of the educational system, which determines the effectiveness of learning, upbringing, and personal development. The article analyzes the current challenges of legal regulation in education in Russia, including issues related to distance learning, inclusivity, protection of the rights of subjects, and data security. It also explores organizational models for managing educational institutions, innovative forms of teaching, the role of digital technologies, and the importance of human resources and professional development for teachers.
