On Reconfiguration of Residential Premises
Annotation
The article analyzes the concept of residential redevelopment and differentiates it from related terms — redevelopment and reconstruction, taking into account the latest changes in housing legislation. The article examines various types of owner decisions regarding residential redevelopment, each with its own legal consequences. It also examines new provisions in housing legislation regarding the procedure for residential redevelopment, including the inclusion of information in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
