Annotation
The paper reviews operations of medical commissions in medical institutions of the Russian Federation and the Belgorod Region, their role in achievement of goals of provision of medicinal products and medical devices to patients for vital indications; examines ways of improvement of operations of medical commissions to grant access to timely and high-quality medical therapy to benefit-entitled citizens.
