Recognition of the Authority of Foreign Trustees in Trans-Border Insolvency Cases
Annotation
The article examines the main concepts of recognition of foreign judicial acts in bankruptcy cases as they apply to the recognition of the powers of foreign administrators and offers their critical assessment. An analysis of existing mechanisms for recognizing the powers of foreign administrators is provided, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn about the prospects for regulating such recognition in Russia.
