The legal basis for the implementation of the external functions of the State in the PRC
Annotation
The article is devoted to the consideration of the practical aspects of the implementation of the PRC Law on International Relations of 2023. Based on the study of the practice of international communication between the Chinese side and other countries, it is concluded that the adopted law has a significant impact on China’s foreign policy activities and the formation of strict standards in the implementation of external functions of the state.
