Влияние прусской судебной реформации XVIII века на становление и развитие европейской системы административного права
Annotation
Автор рассматривает генезис административного права в рамках культурно-исторического процесса, идейных представлений и связывает его с процессами европейской модернизации, рационализации и централизации эпохи просвещенного абсолютизма. Обосновывается точка зрения, что прусская судебная реформация второй половины XVIII в. способствовала созданию нового типа законодательства, которое стало благодатным зерном для возникновения административного права.
