Annotation
The study of the transformation processes of the methodology of comparative legal research in the modern world is one of the most important areas of legal doctrine, which is carried out at various levels of scientific analysis. Various factors of influence determine the need to create a systemic unity of a modified methodological variable community. The principles of scientific cognition, scientific approaches, the researcher’s worldview, methods of cognition, scientific concepts and categories are considered as relevant criteria in the article. Special attention is paid to the research of technical and legal methodology, trends in the development of interdisciplinarity in modern legal doctrine and its impact on the methods of comparative legal research, the development of the terminological base in the context of convergence of legal systems and other factors.
