Зарубежный опыт исследования психологического благополучия сотрудников полиции
Аннотация
В статье дается обзор зарубежных исследований, касающихся психологического благополучия сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Обосновывается важность изучения данного явления как ресурса разрешения ряда проблем служебной деятельности. Рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на состояние психологического благополучия полицейских, такие как оптимизм, сочувствие и доверие, вера в организационную справедливость, социальная поддержка, психологическое консультирование. Анализируются программы повышения психологического благополучия полицейских.

По оценкам зарубежных аналитиков, в конце ХХ в. мир вступил в эпоху VUCA. Аббревиатура VUCA обозначает такие важнейшие характеристики современного мира, как изменчивость (volatility), неопределенность (uncertainty), сложность (complexity) и противоречивость (ambiguity).
